For those of you who know how technologically challenged I am, this is big news.

And at long last, here are the much anticipated highlights of Christmas 2008 (Yes, I am aware that “much anticipated” may be carrying things a bit far, but it sounds good!):

*In what will probably amount to a vain attempt to keep Jakob off the furniture, Santa brought him a mini trampoline.

*Josh finally got his BOSS!  Unfortunately, he managed to find Daniel locked in our closet putting it together, so we had to do some creative Santa gift shuffling at the last minute.

*Emma didn’t know what she wanted, but she ended up loving everything she got!

*Daniel has become a mean faux-guitar player thanks to “Guitar Hero World Tour.”  We got the drums and microphone so we can all play along.

*Even though you won’t find Sarah in any of our Christmas pictures, she was there and she had a lovely Christmas.  Apparently you aren’t supposed to take pictures of 16 year olds in their pajamas on Christmas morning.  Ironically enough, her gift was a new camera.

*And last but not least (and the reason for the delay in getting this post up), we got a HUGE new sectional!  Woo hoo!  We can finally get rid of our hideous, sagging, too small green couch!  It was just delivered today.  The kids are claiming their spots on it as I type.

Merry Christmas Past, Everyone!

Congrats on the new sectional! I can so relate to the excitement of getting new couches. We get so lame when we become adults. 🙂

Woo Hoo…looks like a great time!
