Yesterday was the day.
With the Suburban packed to the rafters, we made the long, long drive to the Y.
We strategically trapped Sarah behind the boxes in her bedroom to fend off unwanted advances from college males.
Bizzie and Jakob helped her unpack.
Then Sarah had a job interview. What does one do while trapped at a college campus with two preschoolers for an indefinite length of time?
Feed the ducks, of course!
There were turtles, too. (I put this picture in just for Josh.)
The interview went well. We stopped for some ice cream to celebrate. I wasn’t stalling at all.
Finally, it was time for Sarah to start her new life.
It had been a long day.
I cried all the way home.
